Jenksville State Forest:

Located on Shirley and Baker Roads, The Forest encompasses 1349 acres, with elevations ranging from 1300 to 1650 feet.

There is a 12 mile trail system for hiking, trail bikes, equestrians and cross-country skiers.

 

Trout Streams- East & West Branch, Owego Creek:

Both the East and the West Branches of Owego Creek offer excellent trout fishing.

Access is provided by several State provided parking areas and trails.
