RESOLUTION #10

 

 

 

July 20, 2009

 

 

WHEREAS,   It has been determined that areas of Mill Street and Railroad Avenue in the
Town of Berkshire do not have sufficient streetlighting.

 

WHEREAS,   Engineers from New York State Electric and Gas have examined these locations and reported that additional street lighting may be installed on existing utility poles

 

 

RESOLVED,   That New York State Electric and Gas be authorized to install two additional street lights on Mill Street and one additional street light on the southern end of Railroad Avenue.
