WHEREAS, The Town of Berkshire has appointed Penny Lane Spoonhower as bookkeeper for the Town of Berkshire,

 

 

 

 

RESOLVED,  That Penny Lane Spoonhower is authorized by the Berkshire Town Board to electronically transfer Town funds from The Town of Berkshire General Fund savings account

# 8001534093 to the Town of Berkshire General Fund checking account # 390510180, and from the Town of Berkshire Highway Fund savings account # 8001534107 to Town of Berkshire Highway Fund checking account # 390510196 for the purpose of providing sufficient funds to cover checks written by her while maximizing interest earnings by not moving funds out of the interest bearing savings accounts until needed.
